Series I’ve Started…

…But Haven’t Finished.

I got the idea from this post.  After reading it I started listing unfinished series in my head and the list got so long that I couldn’t keep up.  Eventually I took to pen and paper and compiled a list.  I left out my novella series and my smutty shifter novel series.  While I love them, I use them to fulfill a need for gratuitous romance/smut or to get me over the reading hump.  Plus with most of those series, the novellas can be read on their own.  And if I had added them, who knows how long this post would have gone on for.  But I digress because this post is going off the rails already.

First, series I’m not 100% sure I’m going to finish:

Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland     |  1 of 2

• Not even sure if this is considered a series.  I know at the very least there is a sequel that I probably won’t read because I didn’t enjoy the first book.

Babel Trilogy     | 0.25 of 3

• I got a free “Kindle First” copy and won a hardcover copy of the first book, I have yet to finish it.  I don’t know that I will.

Jumper     | 1.5 of 6

• I read the first book and got at least halfway through the second.  It was okay, but I put it down and never picked it back up.   I kinda want to finish the whole series, but we’ll see.

Leatherstocking Tales     | 1 of 5

• I read The Last of the Mohicans I think that’s enough for me.

Vampire Diaries     | 3 of 7

• I’m going with the original seven books by the original author.  I mostly enjoyed the three I read, but I have no clue if I’ll ever get back to this series.

The Maze Runner     | 3 of 5 (?)

• This one is sorta complicated because I read the original three books in the series.  The latter two are actually prequels, and therefore, can they really be considered part of the series?  IDK.  And I don’t know if I want to read prequels.  We’ll see.
